In our current time yoga is the practice of many things.  It is conscious movement. It is cultivating awareness and sensitivity in the physical body. It is establishing connection and inner trust to fully inhabit our earthly structures.  It is a working exploration of active dwelling within ourselves, both physically and in the more subtle realms.  

   The practice is a continual journey into the body, into the mind, into inner dimensions, a medium for the correspondence of what resides inside and how we meet and show up in relationship to the outside world. 

Classes range from hatha to strong and fluid vinyasa classes. Always with the practice of syncing movement and breath. Using movement as medicine.  An explorative tuning of the dimensions of the body, smoothing edges, freeing up postural patterning through dynamic and functional sequences.
